By accessing or using HomeMex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

HomeMex provides a real estate listing and discovery platform for the Nigerian market. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use HomeMex.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• You agree not to scrape, copy, or redistribute platform data.

3. Inspection Fee Policy

HomeMex charges a flat inspection fee to unlock exact property details. This fee is non-refundable once property details have been revealed. Access to revealed details expires after a limited time period.

4. Agent and Landlord Responsibilities

Agents and property owners listing on HomeMex agree that:

• All listed properties are real and accurately described.
• Photos represent the actual property.
• Pricing and availability information is kept up to date.
• They have the legal right to list the property.

5. Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

6. Limitation of Liability

HomeMex is a platform that connects property seekers with agents and owners. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of parties. We are not liable for any losses arising from transactions conducted between users.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
