For Buyers & Renters — Inspection Fee

Browsing HomeMex is completely free. When you find a property you want to inspect, you pay a small one-time inspection fee to unlock the exact address, agent phone number, WhatsApp contact, and precise map pin. This fee filters out timewasters and ensures only serious buyers proceed.

The inspection fee varies by property type and is shown clearly before you pay. It is non-refundable once the address is revealed.
